Projects
Below are just a few of my favorite projects I've worked on over the past 4 years, ranging from billboard copy to online ads. Whether I was the sole copywriter or working with a team of creatives, my goal was the same—to tell our brand's story in the best way it could be told.
The Big Believers Campaign
Copywriter
In 2021, SumUp worked in collaboration with Nashville-based creative agency, redpepper, to create a digital and OOH campaign in three US cities: Nashville, Charlotte, and Charleston. The result? The "Big Believers in Small Business" campaign, reaching far across billboards, ads, car wraps, and more, generating a dramatic lift in consumer education and brand awareness.

Point of Sale Online Launch
Copywriter
Throughout 2022, SumUp, a global fintech company, has been focused on adding new products to their array of payment solutions. Most recently, the SumUp Point of Sale was released to a select group. I was solely in charge of the product story conception, crafting USPs, writing website copy, and curating engaging online ads.

SumUp's Small Business Guide
Copywriter
During my time with SumUp, I managed a team of freelance writers to curate a fresh set of articles for the SumUp Small Business Guide, including merchant features, small business tips, and general market updates. This SBG was used to drive traffic to the website and keep business owners engaged with SumUp past the purchase phase.
Small Merchant CRM Campaigns
Copywriter
I worked closely with SumUp's US CRM team to develop, create, and execute dozens of varying campaigns for both merchant education and to increase product and service usage. Overall, open rate drastically increased, as well as clickthrough rate. In some cases, we saw a 5-10% increase in merchant response and/or action taken on the merchant account by the end of the campaign life cycle.

PRM's Homeowners Guide
Marketing Content Strategist
Homebuyers moving to a new state are often unaware of what each city is like—restaurants, walkability, sites, and more are all important when buying a home. While at PRM, I helped craft, write, and edit this guide to Central Oregon as a resource for our Mortgage Advisors and as a way to drive traffic to our website.
